How to Apply PDF Print

You may apply to Victory Institute of Professional Training directly or through a Victory Institute of Professional Training education representative in your home country. Early application and payment will secure a place in your course and allow sufficient time to obtain a student visa.

  • Complete the VIPT Application Form that can be found on this site or if you contact us we will post you one in the mail.
  • Applications can be submitted by fax, email or post.
  • You must sign the application to acknowledge that you understand and accept the application conditions.
  • If you are an international student, you only need to complete one application form for your studies.

The Victory Institute of Professional Training application form will include your English. Please attach the following information with your application form:

  • Copy of your Passport
  • Senior High School transcripts
  • Transcripts of any further study you have completed after High School
  • Details of current studies (if applicable)
  • Evidence of english language proficiency (international students only)
  • Copy of your visa ( if applicable )

If you are seeking exemptions as a result of prior study, please complete an application for RPL, and return it together with copies of your academic transcript and detailed unit outlines. Please ensure that the course name on the unit outline is identical to the course name on the academic transcript. You will be notified of your eligibility for exemptions within two to four weeks.

If your application is successful we will send you a Letter of Offer which will explain the course you have been accepted into, the fees that are payable including Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), your student ID (student identification number), refund policy and course start date.

There is an APPLICATION FEE of $200 and we will aim to respond to your application within 24 hours.

There is no closing date for applications - we accept them all year round. However we will not allow students to commence after the end of the first week of semester. It is advised that you send in your application as soon as you have decided that Victory Institute of Professional Training is the right pathway for you.

If English is not your first language (both onshore and offshore overseas students), and you wish to study at Victory Institute of Professional Training, please see the entry requirement below. Alternatively Victory Institute staff numbers are pleased to arrange IELTS course or other English courses for the student.
